The Fine Print, In Plain English
What does the monthly plan cover?
Design, development, hosting, unlimited content edits, and support. One flat rate; the only extras are additional pages beyond five and optional add-ons you ask for.
What happens after the 12 month minimum?
The plan rolls to month to month. Cancel anytime with notice. You always keep your domain name.
When do I need the Pro plan?
The moment your site needs to do something, not just say something: online booking, member logins, gated content, or anything that stores data. Those features run on real server infrastructure, and Pro includes it. A brochure site never needs Pro.
Who is Enterprise actually for?
Two kinds of client. Businesses with several locations that each need their own page and their own local search presence, and member organizations (unions, HOAs, associations, co-ops) that need a private portal where members sign in to read documents, get announcements, RSVP to events, and vote. Enterprise also adds a written response time of one business day and two development hours a month for changes bigger than an edit. If you are one location with a brochure site, you do not need it.
Is the member portal built from scratch for me?
No, and that is why it costs $599 instead of $12,000. The portal is our own platform, already built and running in production. We configure it for your organization, put your branding on it, and host it. Custom features outside the platform are quoted as app work.
Which option is cheaper long term?
The lump sum costs less over several years if you rarely need changes. The monthly plan spreads the cost out and includes ongoing work, which most busy owners prefer.
